These Terms of Use apply to sailsanyway.com and the Sails Anyway and Ai-Cruise Granny emails, downloads and social media content (together, "Sails Anyway"). Sails Anyway is operated by CSSM Reed, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By using Sails Anyway, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Information only — not professional advice
Our content is general information and personal opinion to help you plan a cruise. It is not medical advice, an assessment of your fitness to travel, or legal, financial or insurance advice. Nothing here creates a professional relationship between you and us.
Decisions about what you, or someone in your care, can safely manage on a ship, a tender or a shore excursion should be made with your own doctor and the relevant professionals. Checklists such as the Port Fit Check are thinking tools, not assessments.
3. Accessibility and travel information changes
Cruise lines, ports and tour operators change their policies, equipment, schedules and facilities without notice, and conditions vary by ship, sailing, weather and day. Whether a port docks or tenders can change on the day.
We work hard to be accurate: access details are either measured firsthand, with the date, or taken from a cited source. But firsthand experience reflects one person on one day, and published sources can be out of date. Always confirm accommodations, deadlines and access details directly with the cruise line or tour operator before you book and before you sail. We can't guarantee that any information is complete, current or right for your situation.
4. About Ai-Cruise Granny
Ai-Cruise Granny is an AI character. She presents our content but does not travel, use products or have personal experiences. Firsthand cruise experiences described on Sails Anyway belong to the real person behind her.

When you book a cruise through the booking engine on our site, we act as an independent travel advisor affiliated with our host agency, Cruise.com. Your booking is also governed by the terms and conditions of the host agency and of the cruise line, including their payment, cancellation and refund policies.
We don't own or operate any ship, port, tour or cruise line, and we aren't responsible for their acts or omissions, including itinerary changes, missed or cancelled ports, tender cancellations, delays, or the availability of any accommodation you requested. Travel insurance is your decision, and we encourage you to consider it.

Sails Anyway links to other websites, including affiliate partners. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, prices, privacy practices or services. When you send us a question, comment or story, you give us permission to use it in our content, including answering it on the show.
